These terms govern your use of KopelAi. By using the app, you agree to them. We've tried to write them in plain language. Email shaigian1@gmail.com with any questions.
KopelAi is a private reflection space for therapists, operated by Shai Hay Gian, Israel. You have ongoing conversations with an AI that builds an understanding of you over time, helping you understand yourself as a clinician.
KopelAi is not therapy, not formal clinical supervision, and not a substitute for them. It is a tool for personal reflection only. If you are in crisis or need professional help, please contact a qualified professional or, in Israel, ERAN at 1201. If you are in immediate danger, call 101.
Client confidentiality: It is your responsibility not to enter identifying client information. Keep it anonymous (a first name, initials, or "a client who…"). KopelAi is not a medical record.
To use KopelAi, you create an account using your email address. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use KopelAi. By creating an account, you confirm you are.
You may not use someone else's account, share your account, or create multiple accounts to evade limits or bans.
Use KopelAi for personal self-reflection. Don't use it to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
You own what you share with KopelAi. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to process your messages and voice in order to provide the service (running conversations, generating insights, storing your data so you can come back to it). We don't claim ownership of your content and we don't use it to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
KopelAi's responses are generated by an AI model. They may be wrong, incomplete, or not what you need to hear. They're not professional advice - not therapy, not medical, not legal, not financial. Use KopelAi as a thinking partner, not as the source of truth about anything important.
KopelAi offers two plans:
Pro subscription payments are processed through Ching, with a tax invoice issued accordingly. Subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing period.
Your subscription auto-renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. You can cancel any time from the "Plan" page in the app. When you cancel, you keep Pro until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged for the next period.
We do not offer refunds. If you cancel, you keep access to Pro until the current billing period ends - you simply won't be charged for the next one.
If we change our prices, we'll notify you with at least 30 days' notice. The new price applies to your next billing period. You can cancel before the new price takes effect.
You can delete your account any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that have been inactive for 12 months without notice. If we terminate your paid account for violation, we don't owe you a refund.
We may update, change, or discontinue features. We try to give notice for significant changes but can't always promise advance warning. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability - sometimes things break, and we work to fix them.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, KopelAi is provided "as is." We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or 100 ILS - whichever is greater.
This limitation does not apply to liability we can't legally limit (such as gross negligence or intentional misconduct under Israeli law).
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel. If you're a consumer in another country, you may also have rights under your local law that override this clause.
We may update these terms over time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you in the app or by email. Continued use of KopelAi after changes means you accept the new terms.
